It is now well accepted by most Internet researchers that Governments and the Pharmaceutical industry employ thousands of people worldwide, known as trolls or shills, to post propaganda in internet forums, to mould public opinion against the rising tide of scientifically researched natural health products. A good way to spot these paid "trolls" is when they use libellous terms against honest and well qualified scientists such as "quacks" and "charlatans" to mislead the uninformed.
